Is there life after death?

The Bible tells us in Revelation Ch20 v12, that the dead will stand before God and be judged for their deeds. Jesus tells us in Luke Ch16 v19-31 in the teaching about the rich man and Lazarus, of life beyond the grave.

What must I do to be saved?

In the Book of Acts Ch16v30 this question is asked by the Philippian jailer, and the answer given in the next verse is to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus says in Luke Ch18 v9-14 that the man who humbled himself and cast himself on the mercy of God was justified.

If God is a God of Love how can He send people to hell?

God's love is expressed in its most wonderful way by the sending of His son, Jesus Christ, who lived as a man and died in order to redeem us. His death is for all people and we must all come to Him knowing our hopeless state. The death of Jesus satisfies God's perfect standard of justice. If anyone refuses God's wonderful provision they are condemning themselves.
